Shipping policy

When will my items reach me? 

Items are shipped out every 2 weeks in batches. You can expect to receive your item within 3-5 weeks of placing your order.

What happens if my order doesn't reach me? 

Most shipments are Registered (with some exceptions). If your registered package was lost, we will re-ship one time at no charge. If your lost package did not have a tracking option - please contact us!

What if my order is wrong or damaged? 

If your order is wrong or damaged, I will offer a free reshipment of the affected items. You do not need to return the faulty items. Please contact me if you've encountered an issue.
